Executive Travel Kit

Executive Travel KitIf you've got a sweetheart who travels a lot on business, this kit is for her (or him).

What do we love about the Executive Travel Kit? Can you say "silk sheets"?? How scrumptious is that?

You also get lots of necessities, like shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, lip balm, body lotion, stain removers, socks (!), toilet seat covers (nice touch, that ... but what kind of hotel would you be staying at if you needed your very oil toilet seat covers?), shoe shine sponge, anti-bacterial wipes, tooth brush wipes (interesting thought, that), hair brush, travel clock, travel candle, lint tape (yes!) and more ... more is always good. We don't know what the "more" is, but it's already quite a ton of stuff.

Sweet. Very sweet.

Flying Somewhere?

We couldn't resist. (Yes, we're back to our travel kick - went so far as to create a category all devoted to travel!)

Flying somewhere for the holidays?

If you have the stomach for it, check out Airline Meals. (You might want to delay your visit there until after you've come back).

You can browse through thousands of photos of airline meals. Actually, if you're embarking on a new diet and want to beat those hunger pangs, a cruise through the gallery of photos just might do the trick (much cheaper than booking a flight).

We both agreed - first class or business class is definitely the way to go in terms of food. (We've heard it's the way to go for just about every other reason, too, if you have the bucks.)

Taking Your Pet On Vacation with You?

Yes, we are on a travel kick right now (can you tell?)

If you've been thinking about taking Rover or Twinkles or Rufus with you on vacation next month, and you need to find a pet-friendly place to stay, check out Pet Vacations.

There's a searchable database where you can input your criteria (the site doesn't say, but you don't have to fill in every blank, just whatever matters to you) and get a list of hotels/motels that graciously accept pets as visitors.

There are a few other sections of the site, but they did look rather sparse during our visit there. You can submit a photo of your darling for the photo gallery, though.
