The Pink hottie has a blend of lavender & rose pure essential oil, the Lavender hottie has lavender pure essential oil, the grey hottie has a blend of lavender, ylang ylang & rosewood pure essential oils, and the blue hottie has a blend of lavender, menthol, eucalyptus & peppermint pure essential oils. To heat up the hotties put hem in the microwave fro no more that a minute and a half. Don't microwave the eye mask.
