The decoration's main fan inflates the jack o' lantern while a second fan is timed to inflate and deflate the ghost, creating the illusion of the ghost materializing and dematerializing from the jack-o-lantern. There are included stakes and tethers that give stability. The kit deflates quickly and collapses for easy storage.
