We thought we'd have some fun today and play around with a couple of scripts in this post.
The first one is cool: if we did it right, you should see a cartoon thumbnail below from Andertoons. The best part is, this cartoon will change daily, on its very own!
And if you click on the cartoon itself, a small window will open up so you can see a larger version of the cartoon. Plus do things like email it to a friend if you really really like the cartoon of the day.
We also found a "Bookmark this page" javascript and decided this post would be a good one to test it out on. We'll probably eventually put it on the main Surfilicious page, too, but we thought this would be a cool page to put it on, for anyone who'd like to come back and see the daily cartoon.
So here goes with the "Bookmark this" javascript (just a note: it only works if you're using Internet Explorer. If you're using anything else, like Firefox, just press Ctrl+D to bookmark the page. Yeah, we know. You've got to work a bit harder. But it's worth it, we think.)
And if you have a blog or a website and would like to add a daily cartoon by Mark Anderson to your site, pop over to Andertoons.
